Lemon Bars
This is my Grandma's lemon finger recipe and it is so yummy, way better than the box mix.
Crust:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Mix in bowl, and pat in 9x13 pan, bake for 15 minutes at * 350° F.
While crust is baking mix the following together until well blended.
2 cups white sugar
6 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp flour
3 eggs
1tsp baking powder
Pour mixture over the crust, then return to oven for *25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and cut when warm.
