Lego Portal - How to Get an Official Portal Lego Set (not Dimensions)

We all want a real life official Lego portal set (*sweeps Lego dimensions under a rug*), and user Angry4rtichoke is giving us the chance for just that!

It’s literally all we could want from an official portal set (except it excludes GLaDOS), and it is open for suggestions for new testing elements!
But there’s a catch; it needs to gain 10000 supporters before a set time. It will then be considered by Lego to become the next set In the Lego Ideas line.
