Lego Pneumatic Tank Made With PVC Scraps

If you have ever played extensively with Lego pneumatics you probably have wanted another tank.
I used scraps of PVC to make a tank for my Lego pneumatic creations.
Supplies
- PVC pipe. (I used 3/4 but almost ANY size will work!)
- 2 PVC end caps.
- Lego tubing
- Glue
Cut Your Pipe

Cut your any size pipe to any length!
I didn't end up using the pipe in the picture as it was too big.
Drill Your Caps

Drill holes in your caps. I used a 9/64 drill bit, but there are many ways to attach tubing to your tank and you might use a different kind of hose. I put one hole on each side of the tank, but you can but multiple hoses on the same size or add more hoses for more air flow.
Glue Your Hoses

Glue your hoses into your caps. I used hot glue, but I imagine many different kinds of glue will work for this step.
I put a bunch of hot glue on the hole from the inside and pushed the tube through. After it was dry I cleaned out the end of the tube.
Assemble Your Tank

Test for Air Leaks

At this point I checked for leaks and found that I needed to glue the end caps on the pipe. Not surprising. When this was done I had a nice little tank for my pneumatic creations!
