The finished size is about: 12.6" x 9.1" x 4.3" (32cm x 23cm x 11cm).
Hardware: 40cm No.5 zipper x1, No.5 slider x2, 24cm No.3 zipper x1, No.3 slider x1, 25mm square button x2, 25mm needle buckle x2, 10mm x5mm Chicago screw x3, 18mm magnetic button button x1
Leather: We advice 2.0mm (5oz) leather for main body, size 90cm x 46cm, 1.2mm(3oz) leather for inlayer, size 33cm x 33cm, 1.0mm(2.5oz) leather for welt, size 110cm x 2cm x2, and 4mm(10oz) leather for shoudler strap, size 95cm x 2.5cm, and 50cm x 2.5cm.

First Let Me Show You How to Install Zipper.
Cut All Pieces, and Punch Stitching Holes on Each Piece by Following the Acrylic Pattern.
We First My Front Zipper Pouch, Glue No.3 Zipper on Zipper Pouch Zipper Leather's Hole and Sew It On.
Sew Zipper Leather With Gusset Leather to Form a Circle. Before Sewing, Please Thin Edge Firstly.
Now We Sew Front Piece With the Circle, Thin the Edges Before Sewing.
Sew Front Piece With the Circle by Grain Side to Grain Side (flesh Side Out)
Turn the Grain Side Out After Sewing to Finish the Front Zipper Pouch, We Will Sew It on Main Body Later.
Now We Make the Front Flap Pouch. Install Female Magnetic Button on Front Piece.
Thin the Edges.
Install Male Magnetic Button on Flap Strengthen Leather.
Glue Flap Strengthen Leather With Flap Leather, Thin the Edges Before Glue.
Thin Edges of Gusset.
Sew Front Piece With Gusset.
Glue No. 5 Zipper on Main Zipper Leather's Hole and Sew It On.
Install Tabs and Square Ring on Main Gusset With Rivets.
Glue Gusset With Zipper Leather As a Circle and Sew Them Together.
Glue Inlay Leather on Flesh Side of Main Body Front and Back Leather to Form the Inner Pouch.
Sew Flap Pouch on Front Leather.
Sew Flap On.
Sew Zipper Pouch on Front Leather Too.
Sew Front and Back Leather With Main Gusset Circle, Please Notice That I Sew Them by Grain Side In.
After Sewing, Turn Grain Side Outside. the Bag Is OK.
Now We Make Shoulder Strap, It Is Very Easy.
