Laser Cut Shoe

You will need:
1/4" Wood
Laser Cutter
Wood Glue
Ribbon

Included are the .svg and .ai files for a size 8 shoe.
These can be re-sized to fit different sizes, but we're bad at math, so you're on your own.

Engrave along blue lines, and cut along red lines.
The blue engravings will not be viable in the final assembled piece. These are just guides to assist you in assembly. We used our 90W Full Spectrum Pro 24x16 to get the power to easily cut through this thick material, as well as the bed space to cut the job completely in one go.

One shoe file consists of 12 pieces and will need a 22"x13" piece of material. The first and last pieces are unlabeled so that the engravings don't appear on the final shoe.

Use the ribbon holes aligning the pieces in numerical order. Use wood glue to adhere each section. While drying, using a clamp is recommended, but not necessary.

Lace up and wear.
