Laser Cut Rainbow Love – a DIY Tribute to Colorful Fandom and Creative Pride

In every fandom, there's a core message — love, color, and self-expression. As a passionate DIYer and laser craft enthusiast, I created this multilayer rainbow heart as a tribute to the vibrant communities that inspire creativity around the world.

This wall art is crafted using Creatorally's double-sided multi-colored plywood, designed for precision and bold visual impact. It’s the perfect piece to celebrate pride, positivity, or any colorful fandom you're part of.

Each layer is designed to align perfectly, so the entire heart comes together like a colorful puzzle.

🔧 TIP: Choose different color pairs for each layer to get a bold, high-contrast rainbow look.

Using your laser cutter (I used a 20W diode laser), cut each layer separately from a different color plywood sheet.

The Creatorally colored plywood is already double-sided and pre-painted, so no staining or painting is required!

Settings used:

1. Power: 100%
2. Speed: 330mm/min
3. (Adjust based on your machine)

Once cut, stack the pieces in the correct order. Use a flat surface to align all the edges and apply wood glue sparingly between each layer. Clamp or press down until fully dry.

🎨 The layered depth gives a stunning 3D effect when viewed from an angle.

Once assembled and dried, you can attach your preferred hanging method. I used a simple hook and some 3M double-sided wall tape.

Hang it up, and let the rainbow love shine through!
