Lasagna Casing
You should use either fresh lasagna sheets or the cheaper dried ones if they have been soaked for one hour. you should also use metal cupcake holders instead of the silicon ones that i have used here you should oil the metal one before use.

Placing the soaked lasagna sheets in the cupcake holders half a sheet will be sufficient for each one Picture 2.

Tomato Sauce
You want to reduce the sauce down, otherwise there will be far too much also dont forget to season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Ingredients:
250g Minced Beef
400g Chopped tomatoes (reduce down)
5 Lasagna Sheets (soaked for an hour)
2 cloves of Garlic
Mixed herbs
100g of Cheddar cheese (or your personal favourite)
salt & pepper (to taste)
Put oil in the pan Picture 1.
Put minced garlic in the pan Picture 2.
Leave to fry for a little while then add the dried herbs Picture 3.
Add the mince, Picture 4.
Leave to brown Picture 5.
Add passata or chopped tomatoes Picture 6.

190C/375f/Gas Mark 5
15 mins or till golden brown/bubbling

Spoon sauce in to the lasagna cupcakes Picture 2.
Top with Grated Cheese Picture 3.
Add Parmesan Picture 4.
15 mins or till golden brown/bubbling

Add Parmesan Picture 4.
Garnish with Basil.
