Lamb With Mint Vinaigrette Sauce

This is a simple dish to make - a great summertime meal or snack. I hope you like it!

Supplies

So you will need to gather:

lamb chops (6-12)

one packed cup of mint

two tablespoons of white wine vinegar

one tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

one quarter of a teaspoon garlic and ginger

two teaspoons of honey

and three tablespoons of oil

a mini food processor or blender

tongs

and salt and pepper

To Make the Mint Sauce

So, first things first: You need the ingredients - and here they are:

1 packed cup of fresh mint leaves, destemmed

1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon grated ginger

1/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

2 teaspoons of honey

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Mini food processer

And now you will need to blend all of the things together except the olive oil until a smooth paste is formed. Then slowly add the olive oil until it makes a sauce. Put it in the fridge for about three minutes and then take it out.

Now to Make the Lamb Chops

First turn your grill to high 500-600 degrees then scrap the grill. Season the meat with salt and pepper place lamb chops directiy on flame for two minutes then turn the grill to low flip lamb chops cover grill then cook for two more minutes. if lamb chops are not cooked as much as they should be keep the grill on low and do the same thing. Remove chops from grill let rest for 8-10 minutes and then it is ready to serve.
