Lady Gaga's - AHS the Countess' Glove
I think everyone in the world thinks they're either blessed or cursed. I've come to realize I'm neither. I am a curse...
The Countess- Elizabeth
So, my sister wanted to dress up as the countess for carnival and DIY seemed the only possibility when the glove issue occured! ;-)

Gather Your Supplies
You will need:
- Aluminum tape
- Fake halloween nails (10+ some more)
- A glove (obviously)
- Silver glitter (tons of it) OR Silver glitter spray (best option but i didn't find it anywhere)
- Silver thread & needle
- Cord/ Twine
- Spray glue
- Mod Podge glitter spray
- Baking paper
Prepare the Glove
Spray paint the glove with the glitter spray or apply spray adhesive and glue the glitter on the glove (don't forget the areas between the fingers).
Optionally you can spray the whole thing with mod podge glitter spray for extra shine and sturdiness (it will also wirk ans a spray fixative XD).
Make the Nails
Cut the nails to sharpen their edges (for the blade- pointing nail we used 3 plastic ones). Cover the inner side of the nails with glitter and use tiny squares of aluminum tape to create the pattern on their upper side as shown above. To make the Xtra large nail you simple glue three nails together as in the pictures.
Make the Skull Aka Fake Embroidery
Find a skull image you like and trace the ountline on the baking paper. Spray some glue on your sketch and cover the whole thing with twine as shown above. Let it dry. When it's dry hollow the nose area and try to imitate the metal accent of the original embroidery (it was sterling silver) by covering the desighn with aluminum tape and scratchint its surface with a sharp object. Follow thw images for further explanations.
Make the Other Embroidery Pieces (arm and Fingers)
Follow the shame steps as previously and highlight the pieces with a little black eyeshadow. Spray them with a little bit of hairspray.
Sew the Pieces on the Sparkly Glove
My sister excelled in sewing the pieces on the glove (yet her nerves were totally damaged by the time she had finished)
