Labyrinth + Accelerometer

Hello everyone and welcome to my first intractable. For this project I decided to try and improve one of the labyrinth games. I used an accelerometer along with two servos. I used the servos because that is what I had, I think that stepper motors would work if you have those.

Supplies

  • Accelerometer
  • Arduino uno
  • Bread board
  • 2 Servos
  • Battery pack
  • Labyrinth
  • Arduino (to run the code)

Wiring

The photo shows the wiring digram for the project. The battery pack shows one with 8AA but I only used one with 4AA I was not able to change it from a 8AA.

Connections

One of the files is the stand that holds the servo in place and the other file is the connecter for the servo to the Labyrinth. I printed both of these files on the Ender 3 pro with 20% infill. I also printed the glove on the ender 3 pro. The file for it is on Thingiverse. To hold everything together and to keep it from wiggling I used hot glue but you can use whatever you like.

Code

The code that I used is in the file. You are probably going to need to change the map values for the servo to make it move the correct amount. This takes a lot of trial and error but stick with it.
