LUCKY LADYBUG

Take something tiny like a ladybug ... or two ... and draw them large. This painting measures 2' x 4'.

Here are images of a ladybug and water droplets. The only two elements of this painting.

You can break down the basic shape of the ladybug into easy to draw elements.

Determine your light source. Draw a circle. Shade the edge closest to the light source a little darker fading out toward the center of the droplet.

There are not too many different elements to this painting. There is the branch the ladybugs are crawling on, the ladybugs, water droplets and dark and light sources. That's it.
