LOGISTIC TRUCK MODEL
Assalamualaikum and Hello to everyone. We felt excited to share our group project with you. With our very own logistic truck model! We [Muhammad Luqman Haziq, Danish Jazimin, Muhammad Hanif and Adam Mikhail], dove into creating this mini truck because trucks are like things that can deliver a lot of stuff. Now, let's talk about why we picked this project.
Our model isn't just any normal truck. It's a mini logistic warrior. We thought about how things move around the world, and trucks play an important part in that. So, we decided to create a model that represents the hardworking trucks in the real world.
Why this particular model? Well, we aimed for a design that's practical, sturdy, and can handle the twists and turns of the road. Think of its as a mini version of the trucks you see in the roads every day.
Throughout this report, we'll go further into the details of our design choices, the materials we picked, and why we believe our logistic truck model is a cool addition to the world of miniatures. Join us as we unfold the story behind our model and explore the reasons that make it special.
Supplies
For our 3D printed logistic truck model, we primarily utilized PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament in (white Colors) to bring our design to life. PLA is know for its versatility, eco-friendliness, and ease of printings. In addition to filament, we employed support structures during the printing process to ensure intricate details and overhangs were well-supported. Post-printing, a
Selecting Model Project
In the early stages of our group project, we noticed the increasing popularity of drone models among various groups. Originally, we planned t create a remoted-controlled drone capable of lifting lightweight items. However, considering the simultaneous efforts of the groups working on similar drone projects, we decided to change our focus. We then opened the discussion to our team members, encouraging suggestion for alternative projects. The result that gained was to design a miniature replica of a logistics truck. This truck model is intended for transporting small payloads, aligning with our project goals. Through this shift in direction, our aim is to contribute to the realm of autonomous vehicles by crafting a scaled-down, yet functional, logistic truck. This decision not only reflects our adaptability but also emphasizes the collaborative and inventive nature of our team.
Starting of Project Truck Model
During the initial phase of crafting our truck model, we began by referring to our advisor (Sir Daing Mohammad Nafiz bin Daing Indris) to understand the project criteria better. Them discussion were curial, where we collectively brainstormed adn planned the process of building truck model. We disributed tasks among team members, ensuring everyone had a role to play in contributing to the project. A well-structured schedule was then established to maintain order and efficiency, allowing us to allocate time for other necessary tasks. Seeking references, we actively explored various online platforms such as YouTube, Autodesk, Google, Microsoft Bing, and other relevant websites. This approach enabled us to gather diverse perspectives and access additional information to enhance the overall quality of our project. Through collaborative efforts and varied references, we are confident in achieving success in our project goals

Process of Making Truck Model (Head Part)
In the production of the truck's head model, we employ the Solidworks software, a crucial tool for its design and development. Initially, we embark on the process by meticulously sketching 2D drawings that outline the top, front, and right perspectives of the truck's head part. This steps lays the foundation for the subsequent intricate stages. Following the 2D sketches, we transition into the creation of the 3D framework, skillfully applying various of Solidworks functions. The utilization of Solidworks involves a spectrum of skills, including reading, sketching, dimensioning, cutting, extruding, measuring angles, duplicating, and assembling parts. Each of these steps requires a meticulous approach to ensure precision and accuracy in bringing the head model to life. The process entails reading and interpreting the 2D sketches, sketching and sizing in the 3D environment, cutting and extruding sections to craft the framework, and duplicating and assembling the constituent parts. For the final flourish on the head frame, we introduce a touch of color. This isn't just an aesthetic choice; it serves the purpose of preserving the model's visual integrity. The thoughtful application of color adds a layer of realism and detail, enhancing the overall appeal and contributing to the lifelike representation of the truck's head in the Solidworks environment. This detailed and systematic approcah ensures the creation of well-crafted and visually compelling model.

Process of Making Truck Model (Body Part)
In developing the truck model's model body, we start by sketching detailed 2D drawings as well using Solidworks software. Following this, we create a 3D model of the body, ensuring precision in replicating the intended design from the earlier sketches. Connecting the body to the previously generated truck head completes and prevent errors, we design tires separately in a designated "new-parts" section. After completion, the tire model is duplicated and seamlessly integrated into the main body, ensuring a smoot assembly process. Further refinements involve incorporating additional shapes and details to enhance the model's authenticity, closely resembling a real-world truck. The final touch includes applying color to the truck model, not only enhancing aesthetic but also introducing an environmentally friendly aspect, creating a visually appealing and eco-conscious representation of the truck within its virtual environment.

3D Printing Truck Model
The completion of our meticulously crafted model replica sets the stage for bringing it to life through 3D printing. To achieve this, we leverage a 3D printing service offered by fellow students. This collaborative effort allows us to transform our perfect digital design into a tangible, physical representation. The 3D process is followed by a finishing touch, smoothing out any imperfections with processes like sanding, ensuring a polished and refined final product
Conclussion
Finally, the 3D model truck has successfully reached completion, marking significant milestone in our project. The presentation of the model, along with an overview of the project's processes, was delivered to showcase the culmination of our efforts. This report serves as a comprehensive documentation of the entire project, capturing the various stages from conception to realization. The successful completion of the 3D model represents not only the achievement of our initials goals but also highlights the collaborative and innovative spirit within our team. Moving forward, the insights gained from this project can pave the way of further advancements in our understanding and application of 3D modeling and printing techniques.
