LED Logo Rammstein on Bicycle

I love rock and I like the rock band Rammstein, so I decided, in addition to lighting on the wheels make the glowing logo on the frame of my bike.

I want to show you the process of creating.

Step 1

measured the shape of the paper

Transferred to the tree, the outer panel was meant to be out of it.

Step 3

Use paper baking transferred logo on the tree, but decided to use a plastic panel, which sheathe the walls, and it was decided to make the front panel of it, and the wood used to frame construction (later the tree will be connected with wooden sticks).

Also changed the size of the insert, it seems to me if it is not on top of the frame, and just close the gap between them will be better.

Void between wood paneling, I closed the foam

Step 6

I bought a lamp from the ceiling and cut him out of the right glass

Painted design elements in black.

Step 8

The very stones of which was described above, they stand on 3 corners and joined with wood panels forming the framework of sticks in holes drilled through which the tie that will keep the entire structure.
Took its place foam insert.

Did the red edging logo.

Step 10

Pasted frame and the inside of the glass foiled tape

LEDs secured in the foam.

Step 12

Secured inside the LED and pasted all the foil.

Step 13

Secured with screws exterior plastic panels with the logo of Rammstein, for pieces of wood stuck in the corners of pieces of rubber that sticks do not knock on the window frame. Beautifully turned out though!

The finished result, made 2 hours before the New Year!, Even thought it would be so cool glow at night!
Insert a two-way logo and the right and left lights on both sides too.
