LED Random Number Generator

This is a very simple Arduino project. The product uses LEDs to represent random numbers. When you press (and hold) the button, the LEDs will go back and forth, then, it will let a random set of LEDs to shine to represent the number. This is an Arduino starter project for beginners to play with. The program may be a bit difficult to change, but you can modify the circuit.

If we directly present the LED show without cover, the light will be too bright and the wiring in the back would look really ugly; therefore, I had decided to place a blank piece of cardboard on it to conceal the wires. You can write basically what ever you want and decorate the new piece of cardboard. The lights, however, would not be covered by the cardboard, so I would recommend covering the LEDs with a piece of paper. The paper blocks the amount of light a little and protects your eye. Also, I would suggest measuring the gap between each LED and labelling each of them clearly like on the picture above. This way, you can know what number is it faster.
