LASERINO - Easy No Fuss Laser Levelling Tool
Hello beautiful humans,
I present to you LASERINO, the simple laser leveling tool. It requires no Arduino and is super easy to assemble.
Why did I build it?
>> I'm too cheap to buy one of those fancy ones you see online, and I had a few lasers leftovers from a previous project.
The enclosure has spaces to hold the laser holder, one Li-Ion 18650 battery, a switch, and a TP4056 charging module.
For those that don't have a 3D printer, you can still build this project using Kapton tape or any electrical tape of your choice.
You can see my initial idea here and here, but I had to drop the mirrors because it just didn't work correctly.
HARDWARE PARTS
The shortest part ever
1 x TP4056 battery charging module
1 x Li-Ion 18650 battery (I got mine from an old rechargeable lamp),
1 x Switch
PLA Filament: Matte Yellow from TinMorry
if no 3D printer, use electrical tape or hot glue; it works well.

Soldering Parts
1. Solder the battery to the TP4056. Power goes to B+, Ground to B-.
2. Reduce the length of the laser's wires and solder the power and ground cables together. Use the leftover to add a few centimeters. Don't forget to use shrink wrap to protect the junctions.
3. Solder laser's power wire to one pin of the switch and the other to OUT+ of the TP4056.
4. Solder laser's ground wire to OUT-.
5. You're done, flip the switch, marvel upon your creation :)
3D Print the Body
I like printing with Support because some of the letterings on the side come out better, but feel free to do what you want most.
We're almost there.
1. Insert both lasers into the part called "LASERINO HOLDER", but don't push them all the way in.
Put the laser holder with the lasers inside on a flat surface, use your hands to rotate them until they are aligned with 90degree angles.
I personally used a box that I place 50 cm away from the lasers and aligned the beam to match the corners.
Once they are aligned, push them all the way in.
2. Insert the laser holders into the main "LASERINO_BODY" and push them all the way in.
3. Use the piece of double-sided tape on the side of the switch. Use a tweezer to place it on the left side and push it down.
Now comes the difficult part: Using the hot glue gun, drop a few drops of glue on top of the switch and make sure to let it harden before playing with it, or you will have to do it again.
4. Insert the TP4056 and align it to have the USB port at the middle of the power hole. Once it's correctly aligned. use a few more drops of hot glue to keep it place

OPTIONAL:
MAGNETS: I made the slits on both sides of the battery to fit magnets. The size is 18mmx2.4mmx50mm which was enough for me to insert three powerful rounded magnets on each side

5. Use a small amount of hot glue on the "LASERINO_DOOR" part and press it together with "LASERINO_BODY".
DONE
You are good to go, don't forget:
LASERS >> EYES >> OUCH >> BIRDBOX
