Kylo Ren Mask

If you're a Star wars fan and are awaiting to watch the new movie, then this is the perfect thing to make, your very own Kylo ren mask/helmet.

1. Craft Foam

2. Paper

3. Reference Images/Template

4. Box Cutter/Xacto Knife

5. Masking Tape

6. Elastic

7. Velcro

8. Contact Cement (Rubber Cement)

9. Mod Podge

10. Spray Paint (silver and Black)

Cut out the basic template out of card/paper and if it fits your face, go ahead! trace it onto craft foam and cut it out the same way you cut out the template.

Now, get on to the pattern on the mask. Cut this pattern on a different sheet of craft foam, not the one we used in the previous step. Don't stick the pattern onto the mask yet. Still have to shape the mask before adding the details.

Cut the pieces out of craft foam as shown in the first picture. Stick the second piece onto the first one and then shape it. After you've done that, make blocks with foam and stick onto second piece. Then, stick the third piece onto the blocks.

Cut out the shapes in the last image and keep them aside, we'll get to it in a later step.

Seal all the pieces with layers of mod podge and let it dry overnight. Once that is done, Color the pattern silver and the rest of the pieces black.

Cover the eye hole with a semi transparent/see through black cloth.
