Kudu for Self Assembly Figure
The following proposal is a pedagogical toy, which could belong to a series of different animals, made up of flat pieces that fit together to form a 3D figure. In this case it is the figure of a greater kudu (Tragelaphus strepsiceros).
Description
The figure consists of a total of 9 pieces (8 different). It is for children from 5 years. The length of the largest piece (number 6) is 27.26 cm. The notches in the pieces are 3 mm in size, which is the thickness of the wood.
Find attached the image of the assembly and the measurements of the pieces.
Cutting File for Laser Printer
The design of the body part is based on a kudu silhouette which I modified in Adobe Illustrator and created the parts needed to form a 3D structure. You can find attached the SVG file.
