Supplies


Recipe ratio for 3 kg of peeled zucchini:
• 3 kg zucchini
• 0.5 kg carrots
• 0.5 kg onions
• 2 tbsp salt
• 200 g sugar
• 100 g vegetable oil
• 100 g 9% vinegar
• 1 pack Korean carrot seasoning
• 2 heads garlic


Grate zucchini and carrots using a Korean grater, finely chop onions, mix with all spices






Pack into sterilized jars, pasteurize 10–15 minutes, seal, flip upside down, and store in a cool dark place.
