Kohlrabi Cream Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
Kohlrabi
penne noddles
150ml cream
150ml milk
1 spoon vegetable stock
salt, pepper, paprika & nutmeg
Preparation
Cut the kohlrabi in pieces and fry them in a medium heated pan. Mix 150ml cream, 150ml milk & 1 spoon vegetable stock. Pour it into the cabbage when it looks good. Add paprika & nutmeg and stir a few minutes. Now add salt & pepper and stir again. Meanwhile, cook penne noodles.
Finish
Drain the noodles when they are ready and give them to the cabbage. Stir few minutes to the right consistency and enjoy. Look at my other work.
