Ever since my grandmother taught me how to knit, I’ve been on the look out for simple knitting projects. Today I am going to show you how to make one of my favorite simple knitting projects.

Supplies

You will only need four basic materials:

  • Yarn for the body
  • White yarn for the tail
  • Pink Thread
  • Pillow Stuffing

Step 1: Knit a Rectangle

First, knit a rectangle using the basic garter stich and cast off your knitting. My rectangle is roughly 25 rows by 20 rows.

With a needle and some thread, stich a triangle over half of the rectangle. Fill the triangle with stuffing, pull tightly and secure the thread.

For the bunny’s body, fill the rest of the square with pillow stuffing and sew it closed.

Finally, make a small Pom Pom for the bunny’s tail and secure on the back.
Using pick thread, sew a little nose on the bunny.

Done!
