I made a knitted pillowcase and sowed fabric to it to create a design on it.
Supplies
The supplies I used were knitting needles, yarn, fabric, a hole puncher, and scissors.

My first step was to sew together the holes of the knitted material as they would go on the corners of the pillowcase. I used a thicker white yarn on the inside of the knitting so it wouldn't show on the pillow.

My next step was to measure out the fabric and create holes on the edge so I could sew it to the knitted material. I had to make sure the fabric was able to line up to the scrunch in the middle of the pillow.

My final step for the project was to tie off the yarn and the fabric on the back of the pillow. Once completed, you can see how the fabric lines up with the details of the knitted material to create a design on the front.
