Cutting the Pices

With a jigsaw, circular saw it a basic hand saw cut out all the pieces required. Use the picture to judge how big they are.

Sanding

Sand each individual price with 130 then 80 grit sandpaper either by hand or with an electric sander.

Glueing/screwing Drilling

Drill holes in each support that need to be drilled and then glue the required pieces together and then drill some pilot holes and counter sink them. Screw them together.

Finilizing

Push the threaded rod into the pre-drilled holes and and widgets on either end of the rods. Attach a nut on rather end as well as a butterfly bolt.
