  • Cardboard bender
  • Wooden board (as a base for cutting operations)
  • PC, printer and 5 A4 sheets to print base drawings

Helmet consists of 5 parts: 'Cap Top', 'Cap Side' (2 items), 'Helmet Back', 'Helmet Front' and 'Horn' (2 items).

All the drawings are in millimeters (mm).

We need to draw all the parts on cardboard sheets. To do this I recommend to print drawings in a real scale (1:1) on plain paper (A4) and then transfer them to a cardboard using awl.

Cut Parts Out of Cardboard

Cut parts using paper knife and wooden board (as a base).

Assembly

Bend parts in appropriate places (using special bender or manually) and connect them according to a scheme with a assembly sequence.
