K'nex SAP3 - Slide Action Top Loading Pistol

It's here....the last pistol in the SAP series. This pistol combines the other two pistols into what I believe is the first K'nex gun that is both slide action and top loading. This is the SAP3.

It also uses the same body as the SAP1 and SAP2, and is just as powerful, reaching 40 feet easily. Like the SAP2, the SAP3 preferably uses yellow or blue rods, and has a flap that opens to reveal the barrel. However, this gun also has a slide that you can pull back to load the gun. In the pictures, it shows two broken pieces on the flap that opens the chamber, but, they are not required. This just proves that you can make a slide-action top-loading gun without any broken pieces, (the body and the trigger don't have broken pieces either). That said, time for some Pro's and Con's.

It's a new-ish concept of combining to different concepts.

No broken pieces!

Good Range 40 feet

Looks good

Easy to build, (once the instructions come out.)

Comfy

-Con's-

Trigger can pop out, (just like the other SAP's)

Your skin can get pinched in the slide/flap if you're not careful.

It doesn't have a mag, so loading isn't the fastest, but it's still pretty fast.
