Knex Ball Machine Element: Stepper V2.0

Hey Everyone,

Here are instructions for the second design of the stepper element. This stepper is a little bit longer then the previous one and works perfect. You can make this element shorter if you want, but making it longer might cause too much friction. You can always watch the video to see it in action.
