Kitty's Creamy Country Deviled Eggs

IMG_0350.jpg

Deviled eggs are such a classic American dish that it's hard not to love them. Here's my southern style creamy deviled eggs. When I made these for my partners' dad, he told my partner he needs to hurry up and marry me, gave us all a good laugh. They seem to be a hit every time I serve them. Hope you enjoy! :)

Ingredients

- I used 7 eggs, serving three people, you can add more or less depending on your crowd and adjust your ingredients accordingly

- 3/4 Cup Dukes Mayonaise

- Paprika

- Dill Relish, 2 Tablespoons

- Ground Mustard, hefty pinch

- Dried Dill, hefty pinch

- Dried Terragon, hefty pinch

- Black Pepper, as desired

Boil Your Eggs

I usually let mine start to boil and then turn off the heat and let them sit for 15 minutes, and they're perfectly done. I accidentally set my burner to low instead of turning it all the way off this time, so they were slightly overdone, but still well suited for deviled eggs.

Split Your Eggs

Cut your eggs in half and store the yolks in a separate bowl for mixing.

Weird indoor lighting, sorry guys

Break Down Egg

Macerate your egg with a fork.

Mix

Add in your mayonnaise, dill relish, tarragon, pepper, dill weed, and ground mustard. Mix thoroughly until creamy consistency has been reached.

Refrigerate and Serve

Top with a sprinkling of paprika. Let them cool in the fridge until all the ingredients have set, and then serve!
