Balloons

Newspaper pieces

Kite paper

Glue

Tissue Paper

String to hang.

Add glue water in the same ratio.

Blow the balloon and start pasting the newspaper pieces onto the balloon using the glue.

Cover the whole balloon with newspaper pieces.

Hang the balloon to dry for at least 24 hours.

Add another layer of tissue paper on the balloon using the glue.

Do not use excess glue for this layer.

And hang it to dry for 24 hour.

Burst the balloon.

Cut the kite paper into circles.

Stick it on the orb, with a gap of 1 inch.

Add thread on the top.

Hang it.

You can put bulb inside it as well.
