Kit-Kat Diorama (1/100)

Well, I bring you another small diorama. This was called kit-kat, a well-known chocolate bar in my country that referred to taking a break. The truth is that I don't know if it was the same campaign in other countries, but since it was relevant, I gave that name to the diorama. I hope it is detailed enough. Bueno pues os traigo otro pequeño diorama. Este fue llamado kit-kat, una conocida chocolatina en mi país que hacia referencia a tomarse un descanso, la verdad es que desconozco si en otros países fue la misma campaña, pero como venia al caso, le puse ese nombre al diorama. Espero que este lo suficientemente detallado. No obstante si les gustaría ver algo mas o necesitaran saber el que o el como, pueden dejarme un comentario. Espero que les guste!

It is a simple and fast model, on a slightly strange scale but it is the one they usually use in wargames, and that is where the model comes from, this one in particular is for the game Art of Tactics, I previously made some Flames of War tanks, but for a change.

The fact is that it should look like the second photo, but I've started to make adjustments to it and I don't know if it's for better or worse, but I'll finish it.

Es un modelo sencillo y rapido, en una escala un poco rara pero es la que suelen utilizar en los wargames, y de ahí proviene la maqueta, esta en concreto es para el juego Art of tactic, anteriormente hice algún tanque de flames of war, pero por variar.

El caso es que debería de quedar como la segunda foto, pero le e empezado a hacer retoques y no se si para bien o para mal, pero la acabare.

I have opened windows and doors, fabricated the interior and changed the design of the back. Despite the small scale, with patience, it has not caused many complications.

He abierto ventanas y puertas, fabricado el interior y cambiado el diseño de la parte trasera. Apesar de la pequeña escala, con paciencia, no a dado muchas complicaciones.

The painting and dirtying of the truck took very little, I haven't done a step by step because well, it's a small model in a small post. With big jobs I usually spend much more time taking photos and such, however, I can answer any questions about it. Well finished model, now I will make a small base to decorate it a little. Although it must be said that the land and I... water and oil, I still need a lot of experience in that area.

The door,... well it's as if they had taken advantage of one from a military truck with the same characteristics, converting this model to civilian use.

For the base I had thought of a small uphill slope with a mountain on one side, perhaps a pine tree, some hedges.... no mud, just dusty and putting a load behind it with sticks or various things, it won't take euros! Hahahaha

El pintado y guarreado del camión a durado poquísimo, no e hecho un paso a paso xq bueno, es una maqueta pequeña en un post pequeño. A los grandes trabajos suelo dedicarle mucho mas tiempo en realizar fotos y tal, no obstante, puedo solventar cualquier duda al respecto. Bueno maqueta acabada, ahora le hare una pequeña base para decorarla un poco. Aunque e de decir que los terrenos y yo.... agua y aceite, necesito aun mucha experiencia en ese ámbito.

A ver que os parece.

La puerta,... bueno es como si hubieran aprovechado una de un camión militar de las mismas características pasando este modelo a uso civil.

Para la base había pensado una pequeña cuesta arriba con montaña en un lateral, un pino quizás, unos setos.... sin barro, solo polvoriento y meterle carga atrás de palos o cosas varias, no va a llevar euros! Jajajajaj

In the end I didn't put any load on it but I added a little more dirt to the drawer, I like the whole thing.

By the way, for those of you who don't know, when the epoxy resin is sanded, even if it is fine, it remains matte. The solution, painting it with ceramic varnish, remains totally transparent but with a shine.

The color of the water... it was going to be a river but it ended up in a pond. Hehehehe.

El terreno, bueno mas que el terreno la resina de dios, tuve que recrecer el terreno para que no inundara la carretera y le hice una contención con DM, nunca lo hagáis con DM, nunca, se pega a la resina que no veas, tuve que lijar un montón para quitarlo, menos mal que es un material bastante blando. También he añadió un arbolito y el conductor, que bueno... esta en bolas.

Al final no le puse carga ninguna pero añadi un poco mas de suciedad al cajon, el conjunto me gusta.

Por cierto, para los que no lo sepais, cuando la resina epoxi se lija, aunque sea fino se queda mate, la solucion, pintarlo con barniz ceramico, sigue siendo totalmente transparente pero con brillo.

El color del agua,... iba a rio pero acabo en estanque. Jejejeje.

Well here is this little finished project. It is true that in 1/100 you cannot give great details but it does give the possibility of telling a story in a very small space.

If you would like to see any technique or how I have carried out any part of the process, modeling is one of my favorite hobbies and I am always making a model, so it would not be difficult to make something specific to show it. I don't consider myself a teacher, but I like what I do.

Pues aquí esta este pequeño proyecto terminado. Es cierto que en 1/100 no se pueden dar grandes detalles pero si da la posibilidad de contar una historia en un espacio muy reducido.

Si os gustaría ver alguna técnica o como he realizado cualquier parte del proceso, el modelismo es una de mis aficiones favoritas y siempre ando haciendo alguna maqueta, por lo que no seria complicado realizar algo especifico para enseñarlo. No me considero un maestro, pero me gusta lo que hago.
