Kinderkid Pride

While celebrating PRIDE month my 4/5-year-olds had the opportunity to paint their favorite thing....A RAINBOW.

After painting the basic rainbow we added a little extra detail in each section with another shade or tint of the first color used. The children explored different colors and at the same time learned that there are variations of many things.

Supplies

18X18 paper (I drew a template for the children to work on)

2 shades or tints of each color to be used

brushes, cup for water

Using one set of colors, paint the basic rainbow.
