Add the ingredients you just mixed into your other mixing bowl. Be sure to add this mix a little at a time while the mixer is going, or else you will have a big powder cloud of ingredients coming up from your mixer.

Rolling It Up

One mixture is well combined, turn off your mixer, and remove the mixing bowl from the mixer. Scoop small pieces of dough from your mixer and roll them into balls.

Take the required amount of cinnamon and sugar for your cinnamon and sugar mix and measure it into a separate bowl. Mix well.

Roll your cookie dough ball in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Preparing It to Bake

Put cookies on the cookie sheet. Leave plenty of room between because they will spread out a little bit.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Watch them carefully and don't over bake them. Make sure you have an adult help you put them in and take them out of the oven.

Ta Da, You Now Have Snickerdoodles

One the cookies are done baking, let them cool on the cookie sheet just for a minute before you have an adult help you transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack.

Enjoy your snickerdoodle cookies. Be sure you share them with your friends and family!
