This Instructable will show you some useful keyboard shortcuts for utorrent

1. Ctrl + O

• Add a Torrent

2. Ctrl + D

• Add a Torrent

- With Ctrl + D you can choose the save directory as well

3. Ctrl + U

• Add a Torrent from a URL

4. Ctrl + N

• Create New Torrent

5. Ctrl + P

• Open Preferences

- Under Preferences

* General

* UI Settings

* Directories

* Connection

* Bandwidth

6. Ctrl + R

• Open RSS Downloader

7. Ctrl + G

• Open Setup Guide

8. F4 or Fn + F4

• Show/Hide Toolbar

- If you press it once it will hide the toolbar

- If you press it again it will show the toolbar

9. F5 or Fn + F5

• Show/Hide Detailed Information

- If you press it once it will hide detailed information

- If you press it again it will show detailed information again

10. F6 or Fn + F6

• Show/Hide Status Bar

- If you press it once it will hide the status bar

- If you press it again it will show the status bar

11. F7 or Fn + F7

• Show/Hide Sidebar

- If you press it once it will hide the sidebar

- If you press it again it will show the sidebar

12. F8 or Fn + F8

• Hide/Show Bundles

13. F11 or Fn + F11

• Narrow Toolbar

- If you press it once the toolbar will narrow

- If you press it again the toolbar will go back to normal

14. F12 or Fn +F12

• Compact Category list

- If you press it once it will make the category list compact

- If you press it again the category list will go back to normal
