How to Make Keto Pizza | Easy Keto Pizza Recipe.jpg

Do you like pizza? Do you want a healthy low-carb, gluten free option? In this Instructable we will show you how to make a keto pizza. This keto pizza recipe is very easy to make and it is super healthy. It is great for someone who likes pizza but is trying to watch what they eat. I am in my brother Jared's kitchen again. He has been on the keto diet for almost 7 months now, and he is loving the changes he has seen. He asked me to help him make some cooking videos that were all keto friendly. If we can do it, you can do it, let's get started!

First let's make our pizza crust. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. (218 C) Now in a large bowl let's add our grated cauliflower. We just used a food processor, but you can use a cheese grater too if you like. Next add in your coconut flour or you can use almond flour. Then add in your cheese and your eggs.

Mix and Shape

Now we mix those ingredients all together really well. Then pour out the dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or pizza pan. Shape the dough into a large round circle, by pressing down with your palm and fingers.

Bake That Crust (1st Bake)

Now we place the shaped dough/crust in the oven and bake it for 14 to 17 minutes until the edges are lightly brown. It will depend on your oven, make sure to check it after about 10 to 12 minutes. Let the crust cool for 5 to 10 minutes before adding the toppings.

Toppings, Bake (2nd Bake), and Serve

Now we put whatever toppings we want on it. Use a traditional pizza sauce, or use a sugar-free option if you can find it. We used, cheese, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and spinach. Place the pizza in the oven and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is all melted. Let it cool for a few minutes and then serve! Enjoy!
