KU Gloves

I wanted to make something for my daughter who entered graduate school at the University of Kansas last fall. Looking for a Jayhawk pattern was not easy, so I decided to make her a pair of Jayhawk gloves. Using a basic glove pattern from Cast On magazine, I used the colors to make the body (blue), head (red) and beak (yellow). I even added the little ruffle at his head. Thy may not be the warmest gloves around...but they are certainly one of a kind.
