K'Nex Smooth Path 02: JOR

This is a better version of a smooth path for K'Nex balls. This does not need spacers or grey connectors to maintain the proper width.

The length of two segments using yellow rods is about 12½ inches or about 32.5 centimeters. This can be changed by simply using different connecting rods. These instructions are for two segments.

Parts used: 6 yellow rods, 6 white rods, 16 green rods, 4 white connectors, 8 purple connectors, 8 yellow connectors.

Connect the four pairs of purple connectors. Add the green rods.

Connect the yellow connectors to one side of the purple assemblies. Add the white rods between the yellow connectors. Add the white connectors to one pair of assemblies. Connect those with white rods.

Connect the remaining purple assemblies to the white connectors. All parts should now be very stable. Add the yellow rods to one end of the purple assemblies.

Connect the yellow rods of one assembly to the yellow connectors of the other assembly. This completes this path.

This can be supported in may ways. Use a pair of white connectors in place of a pair of yellow connectors to support this from above. Use a blue connector in place of a purple connector to support this from below or from the side.
