this knitted innertube case will really protect your telephone or i-pad, 'cause is really thick and gummy.

WHAT YOU NEED

KNIT INNERTUBE

knit the innertube (look at my instructable"knitting with innertube).
you should make a square piece of the mesurement of your telephone or i-pad.
I suggest to make the innertube thread really thin (2/3mm)'cause if not your case will become way too heavy and thick.

CUT FABRIC

DSC_1237.JPG
cut the piece of fabric one centimeter bigger than the edges of the inner tube piece you made.
i used fleece cause is elastic, soft and the edges want  unthread

SEW FLEECE TO INNERTUBE

fold the edges of the fabric of one centimeter and sew to your piece of innertube

PLACE THE ZIPPER

fold in half your piece and sew the zipper (on the top and half way on the side, like in photo)
