Just Peachy Mango Sorbet
One day this summer I decided I was going to finally have friends over, instead of spending another day binge watching Netflix and playing video games. In a mid August heat wave, we decided to have a potluck picnic. Everyone was bringing the basics: pasta salads, brownies, spinach dip, etc. I thought I had the perfect idea, I was going to make ice cream, but then I remembered half of my friends were lactose intolerant. So I got a new, better idea, an idea that I would soon learn all my friends would be asking for all day; my Just Peachy Mango Sorbet.
