Ingredients:
-Any kind of juice
-Sodium alginate ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JPHJ8ZW/ref=a... )
-Calcium Chloride ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JPHJ8ZW/ref=a... )
Tools:
-Blender
-Glass Bowl
-Syringe
-Large pan
Blend 1 cup of juice and 1 tsp of sodium alginate in a blender.
Pour into a bowl and let it sit for an hour so all the bubbles can escape.
While waiting, fill a large pan with water and add 1 1/2 tsp of calcium chloride. (Set up a small bowl filled with fresh clean water on the side).
After 1 hour is up, use a syringe to collect the juice mixture and squirt it into the water/calcium chloride mixture. (The sodium alginate will turn into a gel once in the presence of the calcium chloride).
Once finished, take your "noodles" and rinse them in the bowl of water you set aside earlier.
Place the noodles on a plate and enjoy!
