Jingle Bell Cat Toy

Keep your cat entertained for hours! A quick toy to make that your cat will love!

1. Scissors
2. Jingle bell
3. Small pipe cleaner
4. Large pipe cleaner
5. Ribbon

Twist the small pipe cleaner into a circle.

Slide the jingle bell on the ribbon.

Put the ribbon with jingle bell on the small pipe cleaner.

Tie the ribbon in a knot.

Twist the large pipe cleaner around the bottom of the small pipe cleaner, twisting the two ends together.
