Supports are needed for the connectors and the lower box. These are included in the print profile and are very easy to remove from the model.

A brim has been added to the corners of the box to prevent warping.

Description

This compact 3D printed cantilever organizer is cleverly designed for easy access to tools, jewelry, or other small items.

It's easy to assemble, and you can download the assembly guide if needed.

This organizer comes in two sizes: Large (3 tiers) and Small (2 tiers). You can download an expansion pack to add more tiers. Please note that depending on the contents, with more than 5 tiers, the box might tip over when opened on one side.

Dimensions:

  1. Large: approx. 250x122x128mm (WxDxH)
  2. Small: approx. 250x122x84mm (WxDxH)
  3. Internal dimensions of each compartment: approx. 116x116x38mm (WxHxD)

Tips:

  1. If you experience warping issues, ensure your print bed is very clean, use an adhesive spray, or add a full brim to the model.
  2. I tested the connectors with Bambulab PLA Basic, PLA CF, PLA Matte, PLA Silk, and PETG HF without any issues, but PLA Matte and Silk are more prone to breaking. If in doubt, print one connector first to test.
  3. Be careful when inserting the connectors. Support the inside of the box when inserting them.
  4. Ensure the lid is completely cool before assembly. If the material is still hot, it might cause permanent bending.
