I also added the foam padding stuff from the old donor speaker inside

I simply jigsawed out from a center point after marking the right side then bent the flaps inwards with a hammer
DONE!

Looks cool and I marked, cut, cleaned and finished in just 2 evenings. I hope this gave you some good inspiration I am aware it wasn't incredibly in depth!
