Jerk Stuffed Chilis

1 cup shredded mixed cheese
1 10 oz. Frozen pkg. Spinach, thaw & drain
1/3 cup Jabberwocky Smooth jerk
3 Anaheim Chilis, halved & seeded
1/4 cup Mango Salsa
2 Tbs. Honey
Mix first 3 ingredients.  Fill chilis with mixture. Top with mango salsa! Drizzle honey over stuffed chilis.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes!
Fabulous main entree!

Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk - Mango Salsa
1 chopped red onion
2 mangos peeled & diced
1 red pepper seeded & diced
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup black beans drained & rinsed
4 tbl. lime juice
1/2 teas. sea salt
1/4 teas. ground black pepper
4 tbl. chopped cilantro
Refrigerate extra for salads or side dishes!
