First, We assemble the side part to the frame along with the front shield and wheel fenders.

After that we assemble the windshield to the motor cover and then we build the special details parts( fuel can, shovel)

Finally we mount the interior pieces like steering wheel, chairs using bamboo sticks and levers.

For wheels, I make circles on cardboard ,each wheel is made from 5 circles.

We cut holes on 2 of the circles to make it look like real wheel , we cut 2 other small round pieces and stick to

the center of the wheel to represent the rims.

All these cuts are made by punch tools :

Diameters are :

  • 12mm
  • 30mm

After that we assemble the circles using hot glue and we press tight.

We wait until it dries, we rub the edges with sand paper to obtain smooth wheel.

We make an additional wheel as detailed by the drawing.

This is the final step, we are going to mount the wheels on our body.

First we assemble the 4 bearings using hot glue then we link each 2 wheels with bamboo sticks 10mm length.
