Jeep Door Cart
I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler 2-Door JK. I take my doors off a lot so I decided I needed a cart to keep them secure while off of the Jeep. I went super simple on this build.
Enjoy.

Base
To frame up the base, I used my Kreg Jig to make 2 pocket holes on each end of the 5 - 2 x 4 x 1 pine boards. I then attached them to the 2 - 2 x 4 x 36 pine boards. You can see the pocket holes in the photo.
Uprights
Next I added the uprights. I added pocket holes to the end of the 2 - 2 x 4 x 43 pine boards that would go into the base. I then added pocket holes to each end of the 1 - 2 x 4 x 15-3/4 pine board. I connected all 3 boards together and then attached them to the base.
Door Keepers
Next I added the 4 - 2 x 4 x 2 pine boards to the top of the base. These are meant to keep the doors from sliding off the rack.
Test Fit
Next I put the doors on the rack to see if it works. It does. It also doesn't touch at the top but I'm ok with this.
Casters
Next I added the casters. Rolls good.
Sanding
I sanded the hole units with my palm sander.
Stain
Lastly, I added the stain. This was the same stain I used on my father's BBQ Tool Rack.
