Providing every one of all ages and disabilities (whether they have any or not) the opportunity to exercise, this athletic village/ gym also acknowledges the environmental impact of the building. With the cooperation of the staff and instructors, they will be specially trained to help people in need.

The changing rooms, cardio zone, weightlifting area, garden and lounge space children's lounge, reception, and café are all located on the ground floor.

Changing Rooms

  • Low-flow showerheads were installed, saving up to 2.5 gallons of water per minute and reducing the gym's water consumption.
  • There are widened doorways for wheelchair access.

Cardio Zone

  • The cardio zone's sustainable treadmills convert the runner's kinetic energy into electricity.

Garden

  • The majority of the ingredients used for the cafe's preparation are grown in the garden.

The second floor consists of two training rooms, the kitchen, and the indoor cycling room.

Training rooms

  • Televisions have been mounted in assistance for the inability to hear (video with subtitles).

Indoor Cycling Room

  • The sustainable gym bikes, like the cardio zone, convert the kinetic energy of the cyclist into electricity.

Kitchen

  • The kitchen provides exercisers to prepare and consume food of their own choosing with the ingredients provided by the garden.

Walkway

  • A walkway has been built to connect the two buildings on the second floor. This provides access to traveling from one building to the other without riding the elevators.

All of this was made through the joint effort of my sister and me. With the help of Tinkercad!
