Jam Filled Cookies

These deliscious jam filled cookies are VERY easy-to-make and VERY quick to make. So if you need a quick,easy but deliscious recepie then this is the best choice!;) Enjoy!:D

Ingredients

-225 g room temperature butter -125 g white caster sugar -350 g flour with a teaspoon of baking soda mixed in -half a teaspoon of salt -6 tablespoons of jam (i used half rasberry and half apricot jam but yours is optional;) -1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

Let's Get Started

Warm the oven to 180 C.Pour the 225g of butter into a large mixing bowl with the 125g of sugar and mix it with an electronic mixer until it has a foamy mixture ,then pour in the 350g of flour by only adding a little every time , then add half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking soda and mix it in.

Making the Doe

Knead the mixture,make a flattened ball out of it.Then roll the doe until its 6mm thick.Then with a circle shaped gingerbread cutter cut out 40 pieces.After,separate the circles to 20-20 and put them on a baking tray with baking paper.Put one of the trays in the oven.On the other tray there should be 20 circles, with a bottle cap cut out 20 tiny circles from the middle.Then put this baking tray into the oven too

Final Step

Bake the cookies for 10 minutes,then take them out and leave them cooling for 10 minutes.After put some jam on the circles with no hole,and stick one of the circles with a hole on top.One cookie done,19 to go.After all cookies are done,just put some powdered sugar on top of them and,Done!:) Enjoy;)
