Jailbreak Your Ipod Touch, IPad or IPhone on 3.1.3 Firmware

You may have seen other guides that claim to jailbreak your ipod on 3.1.3 firmware, but they involve downgrading to 3.1.2. In this Instructable, you won't need to downgrade. So, if you want an easy, hassle free jailbreak, then hit next.

**WARNING**
I am not responsible for any damage done to your iPod/iPhone/iPad by SPIRIT or any applications downloaded from Cydia after the Jailbreak.

Doing this Jailbreak also voids your warranty, so if it breaks, you are on your own. You can restore your iPod/Pad/Phone if you don't like the jailbreak or it messes up by simply holding the home and lock button down for fifteen seconds and then plugging it into iTunes.

I would highly reccommend viewing the requirements for this jailbreak Here

You must have the following:

-An iPod, iPad or iPhone on 3.1.2, 3.1.3 or 3.2 firmware
-A version of iTunes that is earlier than 9.2 (this will be fixed soon)
-SPIRIT
-A wifi connection (to download apps from cydia. You won't be able to use iTunes anymore)

Jailbreak and Finish

Turn off your iDevice and leave it connected. Make sure iTunes is closed and won't open during the Jailbreak. Extract and run SPIRIT and follow the prompts.

You are Done!

Remember that I am not responsible for what happens to your iDevice the second it is jailbroken.

If you are still unsure whether to jailbreak your ipod/pad/phone, then consider this: If something goes wrong, or it breaks, then you have no warranty and you have just lost a thosund dollars. Take my advice and DON'T DO IT. I didn't
