JONA - Wheelchair Seat Belt for Carrying Toddlers

Prepare the parts according to the given dimensions

print the attached pattern, note that there is cube for comparing the print size.

cut according to the cutting mark.

Attach the pattern to the fabric and mark the cutout on folded fabric - cut the fabric accordingly.

cut all the strips according to the given measurements

Connect the 2 short decorative stripe to the 2 POCKET part - the stripe folded in 2 and warp the edge of the fabric

Connect the long decorative strip to the FRONT part at both ends, and make a square of attachment 50 mm long every 100 mm to create toys hung

connect the pipe clamps to the Oval ring Buckle Loop

than attached the loop to a 35 mm strap at the edge of the strip leave 40 mm gap to make strength sew.

attached the dual-adjustable side Release Plastic Buckles - make sure that you connect 2 different part of the buckles to each strip

*Reminder - put the buckles so that they are opposite

cut 50 mm long elastic straps, make a loop from it and thread it to the edge of the strip

Create a 100 mm long loop from the 25 mm wide strip

and thread the top of the front release plastic buckle into it

Attach the other part of the buckle to the other edge of the strap and repeat step 7

Put all the pieces together!

  1. Connect the parts of the BACK with the Velcro
  2. On it, place the last remaining strips at both ends on the right and left, aligned with the outer part of the fabric and continuing into the fabric - the opposite of what they will be at the end
  3. Place the lower strap with the buckle closed and it faces up and align the edges to the outer side of the BACK area
  4. Place the FRONT part with the pockets facing down and place it over all the patterns and straps so that it wrap everything.
  5. Connect the FRONT and BACK parts together along the entire perimeter of the shape. Make sure all the strips are inside the pattern and not sewn where they shouldn't be
  6. Sew an overlock stitch on all the seams around.

Reverse the pattern!

Turn the stitching inside out and see what comes out :)

Attach the parts of the dual-adjustable side Release Plastic Buckles to the straps sewn to the main part so that they match the fixed straps you made in step 6.

*Reminder - put the buckles so that they are opposite

Insert the EVA sponge into the sewn carrier and close the Velcro

Preparation of extra strip

Straps for small ages that add support to the upper part of the toddler


  1. Connect two EXTRA STRAP patterns and a 100 mm long elastic straps that sits like a sandwich between them, leaving one side open to turn the sewing inside out
  2. Reverse the stitching and insert the EVA into the sewn pocket
  3. Sew the open part of the pocket
  4. Thread the pillow on a 25 mm strip
  5. Thread an Tri-Glide Slider and sew the plastic Pacifier Clips at the end of the strap
  6. Sew the metal Pacifier Clips on the other side of the strap
