This recipe makes 16 Italian Bread Puffs and calls for the following ingredients:
Dish:
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits (Makes 8 Biscuits)
  • 8 Frozen Pre-cooked meatballs, I used Armour Italian Style Meatballs
  • 3 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Topping:
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Dip:
  • 1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce (Marinara)

Step 1 Prepare the Ingredients

Start by splitting up the ingredients the way you need them to be.  Each of the eight meatballs needs to be cut in have, the cheese sticks need to be cut into fifths (you will need to cut one stick into sixths to end up with 16).  The biscuits need to be split in half by pealing the layers apart at the middle.

Step 2 Putting It Together

Place one cheese stick piece and one meatball piece on a half biscuit together, and then seal them up in a ball and place in a greased muffin pan. If you like softer sides you can place these close together in a small square or round pan.

Step 3 Bake, Top, and Eat

The topping can be combined in a bowl while the puffs are in the oven.  You need to bake them for 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.  They cook quick so keep an eye on them.  I baste them with butter before putting the topping on to finish them off.

Time to Eat

Here they are all done and ready to eat all we need now is some marinara to dip them in, enjoy!

***Update, I included an image of the puffs baked together in a 9 inch round cake pan so you can see the difference, that and we wanted some more cause they lasted about 5 minutes.
