Iron Man Arc Reactor Bang Bang Tag

Hello Guys....

We Are Back....

Everyone Wants To be Iron Man One Time in his own life.....

So here we present you IRON MAN ARC REACTOR BANG BANG TAG....

We Got this idea from our native place where children play games like, Police-Thief in which One Becomes A hero (Police Inspector) And The other becomes a bad guy(Thief)....

They Chase Each Other And Fire Artificial Bullets....

So We developed latest gadgets that will fire INFRARED bullets....

We will develop two jackets one for iron man and one for bad guy....

With two gloves Or Hand Weapons Again For them respectively....

So lets Start....

For Iron Man Arc Reactor We Need-

• Silver Foil (Aluminium Foil)
• Plastic transparent Thick Sheet (OHP Sheet)
• Red Led Strip 1m
• Blue Led Strip 1m
• Cardboard
• A4 Size Papers

For Iron Man Jacket We Need-

• 2 -15cm red led strips
• Arc Reactor
• Buzzer
• 1 -9v battery

For Receiving Circuit Of Both Jackets We Need-

• 2 -9v Relays
• 2 -bc547 Transistor
• 2 1k Resistor
• 2 Tsop 1738 Transistor
• 2 -3v coin cells
• 2 -9v batteries

For Criminal Jacket We need-

• 2 -15cm red led strips
• 5 blue Leds

For Glove Or Transmitter We need-

• 2 -IR Leds
• 2 -NE555 Timer ICs
• 2 -0.1 uf capacitors
• 2 -0.01 uf capacitors
• 2 1k resistors
• 2 -2k resistors
• 2 -tactical switches
• 2 -5v batteries (or 6v)

This Is all We Need.....

First Of All Lets start with the ARC REACTOR....

For this we need to cut 1 silverfoil circle of diameter 8cm or of your choice....

Then we need to cut to ohp sheet circles or transparent plastic sheet circles of the same diameter as above....

Then First Stick The Foil to The A4 Size Sheet or you can do it before cutting silverfoil circle then cut circle of the A4 size sheet also....

Now paste one ohp sheet circle on it with cello tape from the side and not from the center.....

It's important to Use minimal tapes on the front side of the circle....

Now take out the circumference of the circle by= 2x(22/7)x r OR (22/7)x d

Where r= Radius And d= Diameter

After that cut the cardboard sheet in as strip with dimensions= 2cm width x circumference....

Now stick blue led strip to this cardboard and cut out extra strip and attach wires to the strip...

Now stick this cardboard strip on the circle we made earlier from silver foil forming a boundary while led strip facing inside...

use images as a guide...

now make a circle of red led strip using only 6 leds

Now Attach wires to it and Drill a hole into the circle we made earlier.. by SILVERFOIL...

Now insert the red strip wires through it and stick the red led circle in the middle...

Now Enclose the Circle by placing the 2nd ohp sheet on the top and sealing it with hot glue....

Now our Iron man Arc Reactor is complete...

So lets move to jacket...

For The Circuit Of Receiver We need To connect The tsop1738 to bc547 and 1k resistor with the relay...

do as shown in circuit diagram above..

And then connect 5v to each required input...

Now lets start making transmitter or glove...

Take any glove And other things listed before...

Make the circuit as shown in circuit diagram and connect 5v to it..

You can use other thing like any plastic toy gun as a transmitter or anything....

Do you Want to skip this step??

Just use any TV Remote as a transmitter....

After the circuit is completed insert it safely into the glove and put the button near thumb for easy use...

Now stick the 2-15 cm red led strips as shown in pics..

and place the reactor in middle hide the circuit by putting it inside the jacket or pocket..

Attach Batteries..

And wear the glove for testing...

Now you can make a jacket for criminal leaving the iron man arc reactor ....

And make a glove for him also....

I leave this Criminal on your own imagination you can use anything you like...

But remember to make the same circuit ....

Now lets test everything....

Now for This step you need your friend...

Wear the jackets and gloves attach batteries and walk out in dark to play and show the world who's the real hero!!

After Testing...

Just Make sure to secure everything and now you can add own touch to everything or make another superhero named after you....

Now use It As ... New Game ..Or the replacement of..Catch ME Game....
