Ipod Nano-toids!
I got this idea from always having to hunt down my ear buds out of my pocket when I was sitting down trying to get my music on. Only problem with this model is the "lock" feature on the side above the screen.
Materials Needed
Materials Needed:
1 Altoids tin (Flavor does NOT matter!)
1 Ipod Nano
1 square
1 cutting tool (its like a gum wrapper, I used a razor knife)
1 pen, pencil, scribe, ect...
Optional Materials:
plasma cutter, hack saw, tiny little workers, ect....
Needle nose pliers
1 Altoids tin (Flavor does NOT matter!)
1 Ipod Nano
1 square

Needle nose pliers
Measure Twice, Cut Once...
Use your square to measure your and center those measurements on the bottom side (Be sure you keep a suitable lip to see all of the screen as well as one on the lower end to keep it secure in the tin.). Mark your measurements on the back side to guide the cut.
Cut tin.
Do the same on the lower end of the tin.
Fold the flaps inward so they will hold your nano in place.
Cut tin.
Do the same on the lower end of the tin.
Fold the flaps inward so they will hold your nano in place.
Assemble
Insert nano into altoids can.
Fold flaps snug over backside of ipod.
take care not to cut your fingers on sharp edges!
